Terms of Use (For Customers)

1.1. By registering on the platform, the user acknowledges that the platform does not provide car rental services and acts solely as an aggregator.

1.2. The platform is not a party to the rental agreement between the customer and the vendor and bears no responsibility for obligations arising from such agreements.

2.1. The provision of the vehicle, its condition, insurance, and rental terms are entirely the responsibility of the vendor.

2.2. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor-provided information.

3.1. Any amount paid during online booking (prepayment / paid booking) is intended to confirm the reservation.

3.2. Such payment is non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation or non-performance, unless otherwise explicitly stated by the vendor.

4.1. All disputes between customers and vendors shall be resolved directly between the parties.

4.2. The platform shall not act as a mediator or liable party.

5.1. The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages.

6.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

6.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
